Okay, so I'm reading my Airpanel 100 user guide, and get to a section about the touchscreen, where I see this:
If your touch screen is not responding to taps with the stylus, you may need to recalibrate the screen.
Calibrate allows you to recalibrate your screen.
Double-tap allows you to set the speed and sensitivity of your double-tap.
1 Tap on Start.
2 Tap on Settings.
3 Tap on Control Panel.
4 Double-tap on Stylus.
5 Tap on the Calibration tab.
6 Tap on the Recalibration button.
