Okay, so I'm reading my Airpanel 100 user guide, and get to a section about the touchscreen, where I see this:

Calibrating the Touch Screen

If your touch screen is not responding to taps with the stylus, you may need to recalibrate the screen. Calibrate allows you to recalibrate your screen. Double-tap allows you to set the speed and sensitivity of your double-tap.

1 Tap on Start.
2 Tap on Settings.
3 Tap on Control Panel.
4 Double-tap on Stylus.
5 Tap on the Calibration tab.
6 Tap on the Recalibration button.

What's wrong with these instructions?

I live about a mile from their headquarters - maybe I'll show 'em this for a chuckle or two.

That reminds me of a bunch of old GTSI (and other) desktop machines we worked with at this elementary school I volunteered at awhile back. If you didn't have the keyboard plugged in before the computer was turned on, the BIOS detected this and displayed a message on the screen saying there was a keyboard connection error. Then it prompted the user on the next line to press F1 to continue or F10 to enter setup.
