j720: Which hardware to buy+ which cab (file) to run GPS navigation system?

RTFM tells me he used a Holux GR-271 CompactFlash Card (in a CF->PCMCIA adapter) when taking that screenshot of TomTom 6 running under RedGear. So, short answer - yes. I seem to recall I tried this combination once on several CE devices, and it worked fine.
