FREE: [UK] Jornada 710

OK Heres the story - I bought 2 non-working
J728's and got them working.

1 by transferring the 728 rom to my 710

I initially thought that this wasnt working properly
because gapi was acting strange when setting it
to J728 but it appears that re-installing Gapi fixed it.

The other was fixed by swapping the dead rechargable
battery with one that held a charge - result!!!

Anyway I put the J710 rom into the J728 with broken screen
and grafted a 680 screen onto it.

This has fixed the machine as far as displaying a picture goes
but the touchscreen does not respond to the stylus.

So if anyone wants it - they can have it. - UK only - p&p to be paid by you.

It will come without a battery, stylus or charger

HPCfactor Admins will get priority over everyone else.

I will be checking at 1500 UK time on that day.

I feel it is only fair to do it this way cos the most active forum
members get it instead of people with 2 or 3 posts that answer first.
