Hello everyone,
I recently installed Opera Browser to my NEC 900C that I got from Cmonex site (thanks) and works pretty good. However the fonts that it uses to view text in pages (Cmonex was the test page) is rather unreadable. Is there any way to change it?
I tried through the settings menu, but it opened a small window approximately 1x1 cm and was impossible to see what was in it due to small size Any fix for that too?

My other question is in regard the TCPmp video viewer. I tried to use it twice. First time with an AVI video with lord of the rings which was probably not riped with the optimum settings for a hand held and second time with a .3gp video.

Both times the screen turned black and nothing else happened. I tried to turn it on and off from the power button and every time it showed me only for fractions of the second what i should normally see and then the screen went black again. I tried to soft reset it with no success and now I am on the second hard reset . Does anyone knows why that happens and how to fix it?

thanks

Did you install gapi and set the video driver to gapi from the default of GDI?

Yes I just redid it and now I am on the 3d hard reset
I forgot to mention that the NEC 900C runs Cmonex v2 and I am not sure if the TCPmp I installed is for this version. The file I used was named TCPMP CE2 but wasn't able to find a CE.net named file

i also just found this thread too and looking it
" TCPMP totally blacks out my MP900 screen!"

After going through the above thread managed to find and install the HPC media player which works like a charm.

However if anyone has any ideas on how to change the fonts used by Opera browser is wellcome to share any thoughts.

I am trying to keep count how often this same topic turns up again and again. Probably some day I'll build a version stating on install:
'Warning: Totally blacks out your screen unless you read the manual"
(unless someone has a better proposal, then we'll move it to the humor forum )
