There are any IconTweaker for WinCe and sh4 processor?

You have to change the icons in the .exe for all but the core shell folder icons. That requires you get the .exe onto the host PC and while there you may as well exit the .exe on the host.

Gared2003 and other have created shell replacement packs - or if your CE version supports MUI's you can use them, but you won't have any luck with them under 2.11.
