I bought my Sig3 on Yahoo auctions, it's almost one and only place to find it.
There's always at least 5-10 sigmarions selling... but only Japanese bidders can be Yahoo members, so you have to find a factor to deal with.

The auctions website is yahoo.co.jp, it's in japanese but google can help to translate it.
I am from Russia, so I used one of russian companies who can bid on yahoo. There could be other intermediaries , maybe from other countries, don't know for sure.
Only annoying thing is 100% pre-pay (including intermediary's fee and shipping costs), after that you can place bids using your account on company's website.
After you win the item, they receive it from japanese seller, repack thoroughly in their office in Sapporo, and send to your adress by EMS post.

Shipping time is about two weeks from Japan to Russia ( i successfully received two PDA's and some stuff for it).

not sure if best or cheapest but "Japan Shopping Service" do this. you register and they give you a yahoo id to big with (will cost you a small amount if you want to bid over a certain value but think you get that back if you actually order).

Also if smartbook floats you boat C:Aime may still have one for sale.

I've had all 3.

The only one I've kept is the Sig 3. Versatile as the day is long, and the smallest of your choices. Only downsides are CE.NET 4.1 compared to 4.2 on the 138 or Netbook pro, and the fact that the machine is Japanese in OS and keyboard layout.
