Hi,
I just got a Siemens SIMpad SL4. It looks brand new and in pristine condition. However, the flawless looking touchscreen will not respond accurately to the stylus, even after calibration. I'd have to tap about one inch away to the right of my intended destination for it to open a program/tool/setting. It's disappointing because the unit appears practically new. What can I do?
