Will I be able to Sync a "Spanish" Version Jornada 820 with English Version Active Sync 3.8?? If so will all programs I have change to English?? My Cousin has one for me its 60 Euros Thanks in advance

i don't have any idea but i suppose it would work with english AS. besides AS has multilanguage support.. i'm not sure i understand your second question.. but they won't change language this way.
