How to get just the chat (text) working Skype?

Hello,
I just would like to use the instant messenging of skype (text chat), but not the voice stuffs. Since also jornada 720 is tooo slow to talk through microphone.

Is there any ways somehow to instant skype text messenging?

Patrick, I got the same error....:-(((

Please note that you cannot do VOIP with Jornada since the audio circuitry cannot run in duplex and not because it is slow.

Is there someone that has teh cab of the JabberCE, maybe, we can make it for the jornada ...
