How to repair Netbook Pro screen?

I have two Netbook Pros, and both have a screen problem. It can charge, power on, responds to screen taps(sounds heard), but screen is blank.

I guess the problem lies with the screen cable, but I could not find any place that sells a replacement. Any idea where I can get a replacement for the screen cable?
