Good freeware, freeware sites for 2.11

Can anyone recommend "must have" type freeware apps for WinCE 2.11?
Or does anyone know of any freeware sites with software targeted at WinCE? There are so many Pocket PC sites carrying WinCE software out there, but most of them are poorly organized or lack selection.

In particular, I'm looking for a freeware dictionary and translator; something similar to the freeware Pocket Translator would be great.
