SOHO Ethernet Card

it asks me what i want to name the card. it work but there is not function. What puzzles me is that everyone else is saying that the driver should be on the device but it sems like it not and i no it works i used it in my mobile pro 900C

it is the ND5120 device. But how do i install the driver its for Windows 2k and windows only

how do i get it to work with the Windows Firmware. I really want to get this to work.

Is posting so many messages one after another really neccessary? It would help, if you think things over before posting Your card appears to be NE2000 compatible hence it should work out of the box.

It isn't asking you to name the card, it's asking for the dll name of the driver for it. Type:
ne2000.dll

Then it should work.

Please do not multi-post, it isn't necessary and will not get you a response any faster.

Hi again so i had some success i entered ne2000 and success the card lit up and power went to the card. but i am not running Windows CE 3.0 i am running ce.net 4.2 and as you stated going into control pannel and clicking on network brings me up to different connections that the device has. How do i access that ne2000 driver on ce.net 4.2 and tap properties.

Go into start > settings> network connection and alt + tap the LAN connection.

So what i need are the same directiosn but for Windows CE.Net 4.2

this only helps if you are running windows ce 3.0 i am running 4.2 so you cant do the directions that you gave me.

You PM'd me 3 times to tell me that I've given you CE3 directions and you've posted here probably as many times...

I haven't given you any directions that are CE 3 specific!!!??

Driver Name box > ne2000.dll > ok
Card lights up. That's all you need to do.
