air card issue

Hi,
I hope that this is the right forum.
I have a Siemens Simpad running CE 4.1.
I have a Sierra Wireless Aircard 850
The aircard programme 3g watcher run well
only when i try to shut down the Simpad the pad freezes and will shut down
the only solution is a soft reset and removal of 3g watcher.

Anyone got an idee to solve this?
