| I have their most recent ROM image. I'll upload it to H/PC:Update late tonight or tomorrow when I get a chance. |

| http://194.150.201.35/cnmlifestyle/cnmbook/CnMNB7SE.htm this should be the same exact thing as the razorbook 400 ce, you might end up with a different boot start up image, but besides that everything they have should work directions and all, that is if you dont want to wait.

| I tried image file from Cnmbook website but I figured out I need some kind of Male to Male USB cable. Is there any other way without USB cable? |

| Did you follow the instructions on the cnm site, perhaps it will work that way |

| It seems that the only option that I can use cnmbook image file is to use male to male USB cable.

My razorbook did not come with such cable.
Radioshacks and bestbuy do not carry such stuff. Edited by channylim 2009-10-09 4:47 PM

| Yes, I've been three radioshacks and one bestbuy.
They all carry male to female USB, not male to male USB cable. |

I realize this is frustrating, but did you take your machine with you? Unless you mistyped, it is much more common to have male to male USB cables than male-female (receptacle ). A male to female is essentially an extension cord rather than a connecting cable. Or is there a host connection (for Activesync ) that isn't one of the 3 USB connections listed on the spec sheet? I can't tell from the pics on the OEM site. |

| I think channylim means double-male A (ie, the one that plugs into a standard USB port at both ends ), cuz that's what you'd need to connect the RazorBook to a PC. |

| oops. CE Geek is right. I forgot to write A-A type
The cable needed is Male A to Male A USB cable which is rare on off-line market. I just ordered one from ebay for $5 though. |
