Nav-Cam 7000 Help!

I have been given an old evesham nav-cam 7000

Does anyone know if it's possible to update or install TomTom software on it?

Any advice would be of great help

I have now found out that evesham sold to Tracker who marketed it as the Journey then it became AA Navigator 7500

So any info on these would also help
