VPN authentication failure

I subscribed to a VPN service (http://unblockvpn.com) to use when I connect to hotspots, but when I try to connect with my netbook pro, using included PPTP program (in Network connections) it does not asks my user name and password (I got them paying the subscription fee).

When I try to connect, it finds the server, but when it reaches the authentication step (Responding to Authentication Challenge), I get an error: Connect Failed: Unknown error authenticating user. Well, but without being able to digit user name and password there is no way to pass the Authentication.

If anybody wants to try, the name of the server is eu2.finevpn.com. If you find a windows to put in username and password it should work.

I found it! It is on Security setting. There is a flag to be checked: Preview user name and password.
