hi i bought the disgo 3000 netbook for my daughter it works fine but wont connect to my router it says the signal is excellent but does not connect can anyone help i have had it connected once but had to be sat next to my router cheers
Have you given the device the ssid, connection passphrase/key and correct security settings for your network? Is your wireless point running a compatible set of security options to the device - if you are running WPA2 does the device driver support this? If not, go down to WPA1.
Is there a WiFi icon on the desktop? The internal WiFi may be turned off by default to save power. There should be a way to toggle it on and off (eg, either a desktop link or in the Control Panel).
