You downloaded from here? http://www.palringo.com/en/gb/download?from=regemail

BTW, you could try the latest beta as well: http://beta.palringo.com/ , if you've got time to spare

Cheers

Yes, I downloaded it from that link.

Actually, I hacked Redgear with execheck and it gives error on launching (Palringo.exe has caused an error at address...etc).

The strange thing is that with Redgear installed I would not have to hack dlls instead to I have to modify dlls'name with the ones of Redgear.

Ah..... execheck does not recognise redgear.... So will report all the missing functions even ones redgear replaces. I would suggest you won't need to hack the dll names as all this will do is remove the report of a missing dependency from redgear and not change the operation.

If you try to run with redgear installed and no hacking what error do you get?

Will have a hunt for my version of palringo but have a feeling I may not have it handy.

John

PS you thought about emailing palringo and asking if they can give you previous WM cab file as latest one doesn't work on your CE device which uses a WM compatability layer. They are usually quite helpfull. in fact post on the forum for palringo..

Yes, if you could pack it, and attach as a file we would be grateful.
Maybe it doesn't copy anything to Windows folder.
Could you tell us which version numer it has?

Somehow, it is very strange that Palrinog used on my Sig3 doesn't work on the Netbook pro that has a higher OS version.
We are looking forward for your cab.
