Does transfer speeds (read and write) of cf matter for Netbook Pro?
There are cards with 133x , 150x and 266x speeds, I wouldn't like to pay X times more if it won't work faster.

They won't work faster. These older devices can't read at those higher speeds.

raul, the usual access speed is somewhere 1 and 5 MB/s for write and read accordingly.

The upper limit of 133x is approximately 10 MB/s for write.

Still cards behave in different ways, cheaper card may teoretically provide bigger speed.

I understand, I just don't know the transfer limit that cf port in Netbook Pro have. If it's 8 MB/s I would go for 133x card, if it's more - even better.

I really don't see difference on my Jornada 720 between my 150x CF and my friends 266x CF.
