The only one I know of that currently supports IMAP is QMAIL.

Well, as far as paid applications go there's Pocket On-Schedule, which has a 60-day trial/demo available here but the price is pretty steep at $69 to get a registered version. Although, that $69 appears to include access for all platforms Pocket On-Schedule is available for. Odyssey software is pretty good about keeping the HPC and CE.NET editions up to date with the others (last release was Dec. 2008 as of this writing).

... and if you understand Japanese (I'm assuming parts of the program are in Japanese anyway judging by the screenshot), there's another freeware IMAP-capable client called Winbiff CE. It appears to be no longer maintained though.
