Well, as far as paid applications go there's Pocket On-Schedule, which has a 60-day trial/demo available
here but the price is pretty steep at $69 to get a registered version. Although, that $69 appears to include access for all platforms Pocket On-Schedule is available for. Odyssey software is pretty good about keeping the HPC and CE.NET editions up to date with the others

), there's another freeware IMAP-capable client called
Winbiff CE. It appears to be no longer maintained though.
