I decide to buy a HP 620LX as a dictionary
is there any dictionary that works on CE2.0?
Also, is there any Chinese for CE 2.0?

Mdict 2.x will do.
I have a 690 (CE 2.11, sh3) which has some Chinese stuff running, including Mdict.
