Today the touch screen of my smartbook g138 dead. Now with the pen I can't absolutely do nothing, though the keyboad still works.

I tried several hard reset but nothing to do.

Any hints?

Is there a way to do a more deep erase of all the memory?

My guess would be after a "hard reset" if its going to start working again, it would have.

Maybe someone that has experience with them can chime in.

If you're willing to open it up, you can check the connection of the ribbon cable for the digitizer.

I don't wont to be boring, Ce GEEK, but I need only few short information about augen netbook:

1. boot time;

2. how screen behave outdoor;

3. battery life.

4. worth to buy it or a razorbook?

Thanks

I'm not going to answer that here. Please stay on topic, and don't double-post information requests. The Forum Rules are very clear about this.

I did not ask you to answer on the present topic, the post simply remind you a previous question posted on another thread.
