| Who got them? How much RAM do you have and what's the CPU clock (ResInfo shows that)? Do you have difficulties with USB ports? |

| I have a tinybook, suppose to be 256mb of ram, resinfo shows 193.2, ARM1176JZF-s @ (666mhz)
No usb port difficulty i have noticed, what exactly were ya looking for ?
I do have some sort of weird high pitch squeal sound resonate from the speakers, but have confirmed it happens on other ones too...and i have dog ears so average may not hear it till very close.

| My SmartQ 7 also has the ARM1176JZF-S (Samsung S3C6410) which is normally clocked at 667MHz, but I'm currently running it at 800MHz with no stability issues. In fact, the manufacturer (SmartDevices ) provides firmware images for normal clock and overclocked versions. There is 256MB of DDR RAM and 1GB Flash storage.
I've also had no problem with the USB host or USB OTG ports as well as no sound/speaker issues. |

| Answering thcrw's question^ yeap, i have problems with USB. USB hubs doesn't work (I have tried only one though, will try other one), some devices cannot be plugged in at the same time (three flash drives, for exmaple).
Also, I still can use only 64 MB of RAM instead of 128, that are installed on motherboard.
thcrw, don't you know accidentially, how much RAM chips do you have? |

| The TinyBook syncs fine after you install the USB sync driver from the flash storage on the device onto the PC. It syncs the Outlook PIM databases fine and retains the data after reboot. Very fast device - faster even than the Augen eGo. The camera program looks good too. (You do, however, have to do the HKLM/System/Explorer/Shell Folders registry tweak to retain shortcuts after reboot. ) |

| Nice to hear that, Rich, but those aren't ARM11 devices - they're ARM9 (specifically, ARM926EJ-S Via VT8500 ). Forty lashes with a wet noodle for going off the thread topic. |

Strange...
"When you want to shut down your computer, please do not press the power switch button directly, although it has power-off feature. To use the power switch button to turn off the machine directly, will cause a certain degree of damaage. Under normal circumstances is not recommended directly by the power switch button to shut down, if there are special circumstances and can't shut down normally, carry out this operation."

| Sounds like they're saying use Start -> Shut Down instead. |

No doubt... it's just the warning about a "certain degree of damage" that I found a bit strange, especially as on my minibook the instructions say to use start-shut down or the power button interchangeably. |
