hi !

where can i find the IBM J9 Midlet Manager ?
i need it for my NEC900.
i´ve seen in another (old) post that an older version of J9 works on HPC2000,
so i´m also looking for that version.

what other java runtime environments are there ?

Since you are using CE 4.2, it'd be much better to use the legally available phoneME, which is free and open source software. It also runs applets much better than J9. It runs Opera Mini 4/5 great, among other midlets.

You can download it here; currently, the latest CAB for CE 4.2 is available here, but in the future check the download page for any updated versions.

I've never been able to get phoneME to work on HPC2000. You may still have to resort to some other J2ME runtime for that.
