5 gig seagate st1 cf micro drive

I have a seagate st1 cf micro 5 gig drive, My nec moble pro wants a driver or name of the drive, the name does'nt seem to work, is there a driver for this drive for win ce 3.1 or 2000

Most of the micro drives made for digital camera storage do not work with hpc devices. You need to use one with the embedded ide controller in it. Not sure what model number drive you have, but telling us that will help to determine compatibility. Also, make sure it is formatted to FAT, not NTFS, otherwise it will not be recognized either.

Do a search on this website for "microdrives" and read, read, read....

Try atadisk. If that doesn't work, the MicroDrive is probably IDE-locked and can't be read directly.

If it doesn't work in the end, please submit it as such to the HCL so that other users will know not to touch it
