Hi dear all,
has anybody by any chance got cmd.exe, which would work on windows ce5.0 on ARM processor"
I have got one for some R4000 CPU, it's one of these Smarq v5 devices and it looks like relocated.
Will send good karma in return and any help I can provide.
Thanks CE Geek,
I'll test it later, when I'm home and get access to my HP IPAQ312.
I was thinking about running the assembler, which is a part of the system.
This is an ARM 1136 JF 600MHz dual core and we need to dump eboot from this unit,
to help some guy fom Mother Russia, who left his unit in the car last
winter (40 degrees below 0) and lost NAND and eboot. HP doesn't want to do it for free.
It will take me some time to learn the arm assembler, untill next winter perhaps.
Here it is. Copy console.dll to windows directory.
Also, you should create following values in registry:
HKLM/Drivers/Console:
Font="Courier New" (or any other installed font)
PaintRow=dword:1
Size=dword:10
If you won't succeed, try finding PocketConsole by SymbolicTools.
Thanks guys,
works like a charm, I've changed the registry value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\Console\OutputTo
from ffffffff to value 0.
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!
No debug.exe support.
