none that would be better than the built-in IE. maybe netfront is on par with it, at most. nice alternative to IE, but can't replace IE fully. and it is available for hpc2000 and above only. sorry

or if you use wlan (either home or elsewhere) and your PC is always on and can do remote desktop then you can have IE6 or firefox...
no other option really.

What about mobile Internet (WAP) browsers or Opera, are either of these available for Handheld PCs?

Opera is only for mobile2003 devices.There is an app called Ezwap. Google as I forget who makes it.ftx browser is a good extension to PIE.

it just gives you more options in the menu and tabbed browsing.
