| Hi -
The Sylvania netbook that I (and a few others on this site) have has an icon on the desktop that starts \Windows\WifiPower.exe, which is simply a button to turn on or turn off the wifi. I would like to teach nPOPuk to automatically turn on & off the wifi when it checks mail, similar to how it used to dial and hang-up dial-up connections with a modem. I tried command-line switches to WifiPower, hoping that /on or /off would do that and not bring up the button to be clicked; no luck. Does anyone know, is this a feature of the OS, or is there something specific to the wifi adapter in the machine?
Thanks for any tips. | |
