Those values are stored in the registry. If you Mobilepro looses calibration, it is most likely debris and dirt along the lcd under the edge of the screen bezel. A good cleaning normally fixes that. Some people will slide a business card along under the edges to clean it....me, I prefer to remove the lcd bezel and really clean it well and then put it back on.
You can kind of test to see if it is dirt by recalibrating the digitizer, checking the values, then open and close the lid a few times, putting pressure on the plastic around the lcd in different spots and see if when you recalibrate if the values change or not....these things are really sensitive, and holding the lid can cause calibration differences of just enough to cause it to be off....
