Video on NEC 900c

Can any one tell me what is the best resolution and frame rate for playing video on the NEC 900c. And what program to use for down converting the video for playback.

DVD Catalyst. Just set the quality to around 3 (maybe 250 Kbps) and 320x240. It seems like I was fooling with some "flexible" programs and re-sampling etc. but ultimately, this was the least painful solution.

plus one for dvd cat i think you can just tell it which device you're using and it'll squash the video for you.

For best results use GAPI + TCPMP + DVD Catalyst and use the DVD Catalyst number against the 900C in the Devices & Specifications list to optimise rendering.
