IR on SL4 running ce. Net 4.1

Is anyone having problem with IR on the sl4 running ce. net 4.1?
tc 2. o can start a IR send, but cannot successfully find an IR device to send to. When I try to receive via IR with TC2.0, it fails saying that "Your denu is already listening in the Infra red port!... "

Any idea?

Are you running the german or english version of the OS?

I didnt have any problems with sending files from my phone over IR to the simpad with the english version, though i didnt try it the other way around.

In the german version, IR file exchange seems not to work at all.
