I'm not even sure there is StrongARM machines out there with enough RAM to run android... need at least enough machines to motivate a coder to port android.
The Smartbook G138 has a StrongARM 204mhz
(same as Jornada 720
) and 128MB of RAM. However, it's not nearly as popular as a Jornada. There was a seller on hpcBay who sold a batch of those here though.
