PSPC app to control alarms?

When I had a reminder on my Nino the flashing LED wouldn't stop even while the device is off, even for days, until I acknowledged the reminder. On the Casio E-100 the flashing LED seems to stop after a few minutes or hours, I would have thought this behavior would have been determined by Windows and be standard across all PSPCs.

Anyway I remember some alarm app for PSPCs that allowed you to have more control like how long the alarm repeats for, and hopefully how long the LED flashes for.

Does anyone remember the name of this app?
