| Sony never produced such an item as is advertised her. Imagine a Core 2 duo cpu that was Arm 920 compatible. Just another cheap Chinese knockoff taking advantage of the Sony logo...

| Yikes! And two bids already! Geez...ugh.
edit-It's interesting too as the seller has a 99.6% feedback rating... I guess it's foolish to solely trust the feedback ratings..

| I would think most people would know it's not a Sony just by the look of it......but apparently not. |

| So it's back. A phony CE 6 "Vaio" was turning up before the 8650 devices were released. (That one even had the Vaio logo on the cover. ) |

| I wonder if Sony has a 'report copyright infringement' area and link to that auction.. |

| I don't understand why you people are so suspicious. I just bought one last week--a buy-it-now for 650 krugerrands, and having the Vaio logo does make WinCE 5.0 faster by 13%. I checked it against a stopwatch (included w/ purchase).
The machine also makes ice, which the seller was too modest to mention.
I'd like to say that I'm posting this from my Vaio CE, but apparently, this particular model doesn't come with wifi.
Nonetheless,
Jake |

| Hmm... It's not a well made knockoff, but yeah I see why people get fooled into bidding on it.
The logo is real, I bet or at least a well made replica.
Probably the seller will get caught someday soon. |

| I love the question on the listing... Quote
So you are stating that this device has a Core 2 duo processor in it, is that correct? And if it doesn't, you'll refund my expenses if I buy it.
A: The mini book has the Intel core2 duo inside sticker. The specs say ARM920 266MHz Multimedia Processor (akarm, arm926-akc). Thank you. Edited by Yoldering 2012-11-03 7:22 PM
