So does anyone here cares for any iOS stuff?

I saw the iPad Mini in person today, which was the black one, and I have to say that is the first iOS device that gave me a good impression, at least in form factor.

I always thought the iPhone and iPod touch too small. Even iPhone 5 was not big enough (and some Apple fans actually think it's too big ) The iPad, and similarly sized tablets, have always been too large for holding, and too small for using on a desk.

The iPad mini however has just the right size, especially when used in portrait orientation. It just somehow feels good to hold, unlike other iPads.

But then I turned it on and realize the software is just so... lame

Never had an iPad myself, or even the opportunity to play with one, but I love the commercial with them playing the piano on it...

I have an iPhone that I have to carry for work and my wife has her own. I think it's boring and miss my WebOS phone. She loves hers. It just works, and she doesn't have trouble figuring out how to do things like transfer music or photos. I think iOS-love has to do with the user's level of computer-savvy.

I bought the 5th gen iPod touch the other day before the iPad mini came out.

I touched the iPad mini after a day after it was released, and yeah I didn't really like it at first because I own the 3rd gen iPad, and it seemed slow.

But as I played around with it couple times in my local electronics store, I kinda got to like it. It's something you would want to get it if you have spare money.
