One of the weaknesses of the Mobilepro 800/880 is the a/c adapter plug. Over time they break very easily. I think this is because any downward pressure on the plug causes the plastic receiver to crack on the hpc itself. After a while of jiggling it and sticking wadded paper spacers under the plug to help it make contact, a person just can't take it any longer and has two options...throw it in the trash, or fix it.
