Someone explain to me in idiot terminology what HTML5 is. I was wondering if Zetakey (http://www.zetakey.com/download.php) is better than IE6. Does it support flash video?

CEGeek, you're a Zetakey user aren't you?

I've tried a couple of the beta versions, and didn't find it to be an improvement over IE CE. If anything it's slower. (YMMV, though. ) I'm a bigger idiot than you, so I can't enlighten you about HTML5. I trust our esteemed Administrator can, though.

No, it doesn't appear to support embedded Flash video.

In essence, HTML 5 is a clean up of HTML 4.01, removal of some legacy code that is better served in CSS / JS and a heavy emphasis on standard interfaces into audio, video and animation with the support of CSS/JS.

There are also no frames.

HTML 5 browsers are also supposed to render HTML down into CSS at parse time so <div align="center"></div> would be rendered as <div style="text-align: center"></div>

Basically Rich, it's the same but different. Be assured that the old stuff still works, that the new stuff will never work on the old stuff, the sun will still rise in the morning and you still will be unable to see your feet when you next look down.
