| Thank you for sharing the book. I remember having a book like this one but have since misplaced it. It is a good to be able to read it now again. I had bought the ipaq there on the cover page (maybe a 3600 series) until I saw the Jornada HPC. That brought me further into the HPC platform (just like the 680 said!). | |

| The book is actually still available used at Amazon for only 1 cent USD. It was later released in 2nd and 3rd editions which by then dropped HPCs entirely. The author released the original book into the public domain, hence why I had the link...the newer ones are not. But they don't cover HPCs anyways, so who cares....
I'll leave it up for a week and then delete it from the server, but it is available on the web on other sites as well. | |

| Na...that book is actually on a couple of document storage websites...I can't remember which. But actually, for anyone who has any experience with HPCs, it is pretty useless....nothing new we don't already know.
Still, back in the late '90s, it would have been fascinating for noobs. | |
