I see them on eBay all the time advertised as having Embedded Compact 7 on them.

Part of EC7 is the new Internet Explorer 7 which has integrated flash 10.1 as part of it.

So for all you Sylvania owners....is this true? Can you go to Youtube and watch video just like on your desktop?

I've never seen such a thing as IE CE 7. There's Internet Explorer Embedded, but that was also available in CE 6 R3:

As I've said before, only my Zenithink ZT-180 (with CE 6 R3) will play videos within IE CE.

That's Internet Explorer Embedded, which I've already discussed on the page linked above.

I've yet to see a WEC 7 device with a touchscreen (let alone a capacitive one), so can't test multi-touch gestures. And so far I haven't been able to view videos within it on any of the WEC 7 or CE 6 netbooks I've run it on. (I generally get "outdated browser" warnings, and IE Embedded becomes glacially slow after that. I'll need guidance on exactly what string to enter for the User Agent value in the registry to identify the device as running IE 9 or 10. )
