I realized today that I don't really have a decent text editor on my Jornadas. What ones do you guys like best? I've tried Hedit and Bsquare html editor but don't like them. I also have Tillanosoft's Notepad but that is too basic.

Are there any out there which have syntax highlighting?

I'm a bit confused. Are you looking to specifically edit HTML or any text?

There's this editor called ZERO Go Text Editor although the UI is in Japanese.
It's not very hard to figure out, so maybe it's worth a try.

Also, though I never tried it myself, Total Commander might be good, as it has a built in text editor.
It's in English.

Also UKEditor has quite a few options as well...

Thanks, Rich. However, the version that is available at this page: http://www.thecodefactory.org/nuance/downloads/nuance2.install.hpc2000.arm.cab

Does not appear to run at all on my device. I assume I must be missing a DLL file

Oops, nevermind. I figured it out.

One app that does come up in my searching is CEdit which no longer seems to be available. Is it abandonware?

Nuance requires mfcce211.dll and olece211.dll, which are absent from the Jornada 710/720/728. These DLLs (as well as CEdit) can be found in the Software Compatibility List here:
