mobile pro 780 can't get in

Help. i can't get into the window ce with password i set. i reset the full but does not work. i also tried to soft reset button no luck. Can't log in alway incorrect password. i had correct passwrd usine window ce. please anyone has any suggestion how to fix that. thanks

Please do no not double post the same thread on different areas of the forum.

You will need to hard-reset it to clear the password.

To perform a hard or full reset on the 780, you have to remove the main battery so you can get to the full reset button (located inside the main battery bay).
Press the full reset button and that should solve your problem.

Thanks i did try full reset button as refered to owner mannual of 780. still seems same message i get

Ok - that doesn't make sense!

Are you saying that even after a hard reset, the 780's password protection is still intact?? How can that be?

Make sure you understand the hard reset procedure.

1. Remove main battery
2. Use stylus and push a little square button that sits in the battery cavity. You cannot see the button with the battery in place. It is tiny and rectangular and is on the left of the case as you look into the compartment, along the back wall.
3. Hold down the button for about 15 seconds.

You will know you were successful if when you power back on you are prompted to recalibrate the digitizer.

And I think you must be sure that the AC adapter is not plugged in your MP780 too when hard-resetting!
