I had one of these years ago, it was a nice little device. However, I hope you got the cradle with it as that was the only way you could recharge the built-in backup battery.

It's a CE 2.01 device with a PR31700 MIPS processor like the Philips Nino 200/300 series. The one that's really hard to find is the LG Pocket Phenom, one of only two CE 2.01 Palm-size PCs with an SH3 processor. It looks even cooler than the UniPro:
