I hope I have this model right...someone told me that the Hewlet Packard 320, a clamshell hpc which originally came with win ce 1.0 was upgradable to 2.11 or 3.0. Is this true? I can't find anything online to say either yeigh or nay to this.

No, the 320LX is 1.00 or 2.00.

If you're in doubt about hardware / OS support see 'the list':

The model you are referring to, the "320LX Palmtop PC," runs Windows CE 1.0, but can be upgraded to Windows CE 2.0 by means of a ROM upgrade...

Good luck trying to find the ROM upgrade though- the 320LX Palmtop PC is nearly 10 years old and ANY accessory for it is hard to find (especially something as obscure as that)!

I guess you might find something on ebaY if you're patient...
