Unable to add devices in personal profile

I am unable to add any devices In the personal profile section of this forum site. I get an error message consistently. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi RG,

Thanks for letting us know. There have been too many changes around here recently to very old code. It has a nasty habit of breaking something unexpected. Case in point right here. I have fixed that issue.
