A Japanese famous luxury store called CELUX

An orange spacebar and leather belt attached to its rightside
would be easily recongnized
Interesting! Guess you can only find it in China....

| Very snazzy! It appears to be a 72x killer.
Is it new and how much is it in US$ ? |

| Thats pretty cool ! |
|
|
|
| Looks like a nice little beast! (albeit still derivative...tied to the ten-year old M$-dictated form factor...I KNOW manufacturers can do better! ).
All that being said...do I want one? You betcha! Well, lemme halfway retract that...I DO lso ove my J720!
Snazzy/killer bag, though, n'est-ce pas? |
|
|
|
| AND USB! Ddin't catch that, initially...VERY needed. (Wired ethernet, please? )
Jxxx-killer, indeed! |
|

|
| Whoa, now that is neat. I wonder why NEC never popularized it on this hemisphere.. |
|
|
|
| Uh, I'm assuming that one could use that USB port for, like, a printer? If, of course, somone has written a driver...see. that's the prob. No development of the platform, as it currently is enmired/exists (all lovely and appreciated efforts to the contrary, i.e. here and otherwhere, of course, notwithstanding! ).
Take a well-deserved bow, y'all.

| well it's clearly no enemy to the 720/728
only the CPU should be better - but hpc200 isn't optimized for xscale! and if it's only pxa250 then it sucks, pxa255 is better..
doesn't have pcmcia..
doesn't have so sleek looks as the jornada 728.. and the screen might be smaller.. OK maybe not
about USB.. rothberger.net lists the jornada 720 as having USB.. so i wouldn't swear on it
but still an interesting find!! i always like to find another jornada sized hpc!!
i'd be particularly interested in this app: http://www.shumazu.com/img/sNnVvQ==_cmuAfRBs3KHV.jpg |

| er...
Check the display from the web browser, which is browsing something in the ROM! It's looking at file:\\windows\firstpage....
It's not worth any connjecture on what an HP welcome file is doing in an NEC machine....
Cheers,
nick. |

| chiark.. sadly i can't see the image.. can you save it and put it here?
though i'm suspecting it will be the same as on a jornada 72x before selecting about:blank after a hard reset! |

| Interesting, NEC licensed a MobileGear to CELUX who package it as a Louis Vuitton handbag to sell as consumer goods
I've added it to the devices list, thanks for sharing. |

Well ... it appears CELUX is more market savvy than those folks in NEC (or HP or OEMs ). Why else is it able to sell LV handbags? |

| Celux did the efforts in vain!
Had I got the Limited Edition Gift
I would have no boubt traded an NTT Docomo SigmarionIII instead
As the powerful SIII wasn't pricy in Japan |
