Engaging a factory reset on a Eurotech ZyPad WL1500

So, the manual itself is incomplete - The pertinent section of the manual just reads "(This section to be determined)" - but it seems like (after considerable flailing at random) you have to depress all 12 buttons (or so) on top of the machine as you press the power button. This can be accomplished by flipping it upside-down and pressing down on a table or similar surface. Unfortunately, my Zypad still only survives boot (instead of hanging at the splash screen indefinitely) once every ten boots if the stars align and I sacrifice a goat to the device.
