| AutoHotKey should take care of all your remapping in Windows. I use it to remap keys on my GPD Pocket 1. A complex program, so big learning curve and the AHK forum is pretty cranky, so step lightly if you need their help.
If you're working with Linux, the old xmodmap app still works with current flavors, or, with root, you can get into actual keyboard map of your language and reverse keys (swap BackSpace for Delete, etc).
Then you buy keyboard stickers and you're set.

| Huh, wasn't aware about that MS contribution. AHK is remarkably versatile. Swapping or replacing keys is the least of what it can do. It can run scripts, send keystrokes to programs (e.g. I use coolplayer mp3 player and P sends a pause, N for next song, etc).
Linux apps can do exactly the same. Even on a Surface Pro, the only time I touch the screen is to scroll.

| What about the reputation of the company running the Peakago fundraiser? I am kind of puzzled by the amount of marketing they have on their update page. |

| The lack of a backlit keyboard, especially for a machine that will retail for over $1000USD is an issue for me. This is also the company's first campaign...
Still, hats off to them for a 4G option--that's a first, I think, for the micro computers.

| Actually, the only important reason I would like to bet on Peakago is that it has same keyboard as GPD Pocket 1 (I know for sure that I won't tolerate the middle row shifted to left and touch bar on top). I could probably be better with spending less and getting GPD Pocket 1 instead but I cannot find it. |

| You might look at the One Mix 1, the first generation. Slightly slower CPU (and the Pocket 1 CPU is pretty slow) but I think the keyboard is okay and it's backlit. I have a P1 and the absence of kb backlighting bothers me more and more.

| Which stylus does OneMix support? I would like to get 1s but I do not see any listing with stylus.
Does 1/1S have CPU fan? |

| Dunno about stylus, etc. There's a gpd reddit forum that also attends to OneMix stuff. You may find your answers there.

| I misspoke. The OneMix that has a backlit keyboard is the "One Mix Yoga." The "1s" is the next model and its keyboard is NOT backlit.

| Thanks. Their website managed to mess this up because they do not have clear model numbers and clear spec sheets. Their english website lists only "oneMix" and their japanese site only lists "oneMix 1S".
So, I am choosing between slightly cheaper 1 with keyboard backlight and slightly more expensive 1s which has the CPU with much better 1T performance.

| Or I might get oneMix 2 locally second hand right now. This is very good option. |

| That's a tough one. I'd go for the new, backlit OneMix vs. second-hand OneMix 2, but I'm in love with surfing in the dark

| Thanks for your tips, I will get the 2 as it has less of a potato CPU (m3 7Y30 outperforms 4GHz C2D E8500 in Cinebench R15 in sustained load, the CPU which I used until this October ).
I see now that the "S" does not mean "strictly better" but when I have insomnia I prefer my 30" IPS with f.lux |

| Do post back when you get it. I'd be interested in how it works for you.
