So, I happened to buy a Zaurus MI-110M from 1997 and played around with it today.
This has 40hours of battery life with 2x AAA battery, and 10MB of memory. 320x240 display, and cost 83,000 JPY (768.91 USD).

This surprisingly has a PC Card slot on the right side and a modem that you can use to connect to nifty and FAX.

Nice one? I have always loved such monochrome display electronic organisers, been following Sharp oz-7000 since ths 80s. Being not too fascinated with videos and truecolour pics… i tend to prefer high contrast, low colour depth displays, maybe old age warrants a need for stark black text than those fancy truetypes. LOL.

Thanks.

Sharp Wizard is something I haven't had a chance to play or use with.
The "Denshi-Techo" or pocket organizers were popular in the early 90's.

I think I still have the Casio's "Denshi-Techo" somewhere. It had a Hiragana keyboard.

I also like the black&white screen, especially with electronic dictionary.

Looks a lot like the Casio PA-2400U/W, though that had a 480x240 display. I'm guessing the MI-110M is smaller though. What are the dimensions of the device?

14.6cm x 8.25cm is the dimension.
5.748in. x 3.248in. in inches.

According to this site, This Zaurus has SH-3, like the Casio PW-2400U/W, but with Zaurus OS.

That's a wonderful piece. And it's news to me, never heard/seen it before.

to Jake & HPC:Fan: Thanks! The feel of the touch screen is quite different from the Windows CE, it's more soft and maybe little bit more sensitive.
