The problem is, like many other CE trialware and shareware programs, it is downloadable but not actually usable due to all sorts of limitations if you want to keep them.

hpcboy,

Drafting on your J720?

Drafting as in CAD or drafting a letter or ?

Just curious.....

Text (snippets, notes, personal journals) of course Text-baesd programs are ideal for the Jornada.
On the other hand doing CAD thing on such a small screen no matter its resolution I'm afraid won't be a very enjoyable experience.

Yes, makes sense....

Back when I was doing architectural CAD and 3D modeling, I wanted as large a monitor as possible....preferably 20" or larger....

But it is cool that you can run a CAD program on the Jornada....

Yes, I agree, I didn't know you could run CAD programs on the Jornada natively.

It reminds me of me back in 2001, when I visited PennDOT to see my friend's dad's workplace. He was busy making road CADs, (and simulation of trucks turning in curbs) and that was so exciting back then.

Thanks for sharing!

Was wondering how I draw without a mouse.
I will try to find a CAD software that works on Neko Project II (PC-98 Emulator) that can be drawn without mouse.
